Tensile Testing

Tensile Testing is a destructive test process that provides details of the mechanical properties of a material.

It is one of the most common mechanical testing technique used to find out how strong a material is and how much it can be stretched before it breaks. Tensile testing is used to measure yield strength, tensile strength, ductility, and strain hardening characteristics. It measures the force required to break a specimen and the extent to which it elongates to the breaking point.

Tensile testing can greatly reduce the chance of flawed equipment, saving
